This is the first step in the journey of buying a property! A change has come in your life and you have realized that you need to buy or sell a property. It could be a child, a marriage or divorce, diversification of investment, among other personal reasons.

After the discovery, you weigh up your options, check your bank account, and start searching for information. At this point, the client discovers how difficult it is to buy a property and the countless peculiarities of the process. But don't be frustrated, I'm here to help you! 3. Consideration
Here, the customer is more knowledgeable and begins to consider their options more thoroughly, intensifying their search. However, despite having a lot of information, they are still unsure about their decision, which is normal given the complexity and seriousness of the property purchase process. At this point, the consultant's role is to filter the information and use all their experience to guide the customer toward the best decision.
4. Decision
We are reaching the final stage of the property purchase journey. Now that you are well accompanied and well advised, you feel confident and decide to proceed with the purchase. This is a stage in which the customer gathers all the information, knowledge, and experience and makes a decision.
5. After Purchase
After purchasing a property, there may still be questions, or the client may wish to purchase another property for investment or even upgrade their property in the future. Whatever the decision, I will be here to assist you with all my experience.
